Declaration

1. The undersigned hereby undertakes to maintain the strict confidentiality of all data and shall not disclose or grant access to such data except to duly authorized individuals with a legitimate need to know.
2. The undersigned shall use the data solely for the purpose specified in this form and shall not use it for any other purpose without obtaining prior written consent from the Saudi Water Partnership Company.
3. The undersigned shall not disclose, transfer, or otherwise make the data available to any third party without the prior written consent of the Saudi Water Partnership Company.
4. Where disclosure of data is required for legal or regulatory purposes, the undersigned shall limit such disclosure to the minimum extent necessary and shall, where legally permissible, notify the Saudi Water Partnership Company in advance.
5. The undersigned shall not retain the data beyond the period necessary to fulfill the approved purpose and shall securely delete or destroy the data immediately upon completion of such purpose.
6. The undersigned shall promptly revoke and ensure the revocation of access to the data upon any change in role or when access is no longer required.
7. The undersigned shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the data and any method used for its transfer or sharing.
8. In the event of any security incident or data breach, I undertake to notify the Saudi Water Partnership Company through the Data Management Office within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the occurrence of the incident.
9. The undersigned acknowledges full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies relating to data governance and data management.
10. The undersigned represents and warrants that all information provided in this form is true, accurate, and complete, and accepts full liability for any false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
