The Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) was established pursuant to Economic and Development Council Decision No. (23/5) dated 23/03/1423H, as a limited liability company in 2003, with a 50% ownership share by each of the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) and the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
